In attached video you see Gvode Pasta Roller & Cutter Attachments  with my Kitchen Aid mixer.  It fit well and feel sturdy while working. It has three attachments. Pasta Roller  rolls 5.5-inch sheets of pasta with 8 thickness settings to adjust to your desired sheet thickness. This helps me make different thickness of fresh pasta, Ravioli, Tortellini, Lasagna, and Noodles. Spaghetti Cutter cut pasta sheets into classic Spaghetti noodles. Fettuccine Cutter Cuts pasta sheets into  Fettuccine noodles or linguine.  In addition to the three attachments the package includes a cleaning brush to help clean the attachments In attached photos you see pictures of each of the attachment on the kitchen scale and they weigh between 25 oz and 26.25 oz.  Note that cleaning instruction say not to clean these attachments with water, only to brush them clean.  It explicitly says to wash the attachments in the dishwasher. This is a terrific knife. This a general purpose knife for dicing, slicing and mincing. The name translates from Japanese to mean "well-balanced" and is designed with the weights of the blade and the handle to be equally balanced. This balance in combination with the rounded design of the handle makes cutting and dicing with it quick and easy. It is very sharp, everything I cut feels as easy as cutting soft butter. The Santoku has a limited "rocking" travel in comparison to a Western-style chef's knife. When the blade rests on the cutting plane there is very little clearance above the cutting plane from heel to the tip. The Santoku design is shorter, lighter, thinner, and more hardened (to compensate for thinness) than a traditional Western chef's knife. The "scalloped" sides that give this knife its unique look create small air pockets between the blade and the material being sliced and reduce cutting friction. This is a set of 6 silicone covers. If you find the right match for the right lid they provide a spill proof lid. They are flexible, so they fit round and oval containers equally well. I especially like them on Corelle bowls as I misplaced one of the covers. I use the on coffee containers, because the plastic covers on them are fragile and I like re-using those containers for the coffee that comes in bags. The covers also work well with yougurt containers that don't have a cover, this way I can eat half of the cup and save the rest for another time. I am attaching some sample photos to give you a better idea of the fit.  One of the small lids fit the coffee container - it was great to replace the plastic cover that got damaged. In attached video you can see assembly and usage of this grinder.  It fits my KitchenAid mixer very well. The fit it tight and does not need to be re-tightened.  I purchased round steak which is less than $3, it made much better tasting hamburger than the store-bought ground meat.  The grinder drew in the meat in easily, I only had to push the very last pieces.  The grinder is easy to clean, there was not much left inside.  The little bits of fat were stuck to the plate which I rinsed with hot water. The plate (the piece with the with the holes) is made stainless steel and can be washed in the washer. A few words about cleaning.  The grinder is made out of three different materials, and the washing instructions are different depending on the material. Before I got Flex Edge Beater attachment, we were using the whisk attachment for KitchenAid to make pudding and waffles. My husband was skeptical that it would make a difference, but we were both surprised - it made a noticeable difference!  In attached video you see pudding and waffles being made with the Flex Edge attachment.  The pudding came out much creamier and than waffles batter was much smoother. The Flex Edge Beater fit perfectly and when it works it scrapes everything from the side, incorporating everything into the batter.  With a whisk attachment I need to use spatula to scrape the sides, with a Flex Edge Beater is not necessary. These are general purposes stainless steel kitchen scissors. The total length of the scissors is 8" and the blade is 4". The blades are sharp.  Cutting is easy.  I tried items in the kitchen (such as chicken) and in the office (hard cardboard). The openings in the handles are fairly large, I found them comfortable. Overall, a good set of general purpose scissors. The scissors have  a built in bottle-opener on the blades, and a nut cracker between the handles.  I find dedicated tools easier to use but if you take these scissors camping the extra tools might come in handy.
