Zelite utility knife is midway in size between a Chef's knife and a Paring knife. in the past, I have not used utility knife as often as my chef knife or my pairing knife. But this knife is so sharp and maneuverable that I am using it quite a lot. My most common use for it is for cutting cheese and meats for making sandwiches. It also works well on cutting tomatoes for those sandwiches. I use it when a paring knife feels too short, and chef's an overkill. Zelite utility knife is very sharp, and its handle fits my hand very well. The knife feels sturdy but it is not heavy. The knife weighs 5.2 oz. It has a beautiful pattern on the blade. This is because the knife's blade is made out of laminated stainless steel. The higher quality of Japanese knives use laminated steel which has this beautiful pattern. This is a very comfortable bread knife to work with. It has a slim handle that is ergonomically shaped. It feels great in my hand and makes the knife very easy to maneuver. The knife weighs 9.2 oz. The blade is very sharp! It works well on both soft bread and crusty breads. It is ok for the dishwasher, but I always hand wash nice knives. They will last longer and there's no risk of them cutting the plastic coating on the appliance racks. This knife has a beautiful finish, which looks like a marbled design. The higher quality of Japanese knives uses laminated steel which has this beautiful pattern. This is a nice set of stainless steel bowls. The set includes three bowls and one lid (for the small bowl). The two larger bowls have a handle and beak for pouring. All three bowls have a silicone base (non-slip bottoms). They bowls fit into each other for storage. These ice packs are are just over half an inch thick and fit perfectly into my lunch bag. I can fit one on each side of the lunch bag as I show in the photos. This is a nice electric kettle. This kettle hold 57 oz.  The only downside of the kettle that is not aimed at American market and the measurements are in liters. It shows no ounces or cups.  I use my mug to fill the kettle so I would boil just enough water. Some electric kettles have multiple temperature settings, this one has just one - boil.  This makes the kettle very easy to use, just press the button and in a few minutes it is boiling. Half a kettle took 4 minutes to boil.   The kettle is pretty loud as you can hear in the video. The kettle is made out of stainless steel and heavy duty plastic.  The parts that are plastic are the window that shows the water, the cover, the handle, and the hot plate. I have been using this kettle on daily basis no problems so far.  If I could change one thing I would have liked it to have a longer cord, the cord is 30 inches. Sable containers are large separated into three compartments. They can be used for reheating food in the microwave or storing in the refrigerator.  The containers are best for dry foods as the container is not water tight.  To see if the containers are water tight I poured some water into them closed and then shook.  I saw that the container dribbled a little bit.  If you take them somewhere where the container will not be horizontal use a plastic bag just in case it dribbles. The containers are 7.5" wide and 10" long. In attached photos  I show a container with a measuring tape on top so you can see how the space is divided with the container. This is a set of 6 silicone covers. If you find the right match for the right lid they provide a spill proof lid. They are flexible, so they fit round and oval containers equally well. I especially like them on Corelle bowls as I misplaced one of the covers. I use the on coffee containers, because the plastic covers on them are fragile and I like re-using those containers for the coffee that comes in bags. The covers also work well with yougurt containers that don't have a cover, this way I can eat half of the cup and save the rest for another time. I am attaching some sample photos to give you a better idea of the fit.  One of the small lids fit the coffee container - it was great to replace the plastic cover that got damaged. I got all three flavors of Simply Sesame paste, so I can do a taste comparison.  The simply sasame pure roasted sesame is the bast for all three jars.  The paste is sweet, like a desert. The Pistachio sesame paste has a lot of Pistachio morsels and cardamom flavor is there but very light. It is noticeable but not overwhelming.  Vanilla with almond bits, has less nuts that pistachio sesame paste.  Vanilla flavor is light and pleasant.  I particularly like to use the paste as a spread.  Think desert. This is a good looking kitchen scale - it has a polished black glass top and a large easy to read display.  The scale is accurate, its reading matched my calibrated postal scale.  It runs on four AAA batteries (which are included in the package).  It capacity is  11 pounds. This kitchen scale is quite precise. Its graduation is 0.1 oz, 1 g, 0.1 fl.oz, 1 ml. The scale has on/off button. It turns off automatically after 60 seconds of not being used.  Changing the units of measure is done by pressing "unit" to cycle between g, ml, and  oz. The scale measurements are 6.5" wide x 9.5" long.  Because the scale platform is totally flat I was able to measure items much larger than the scale platform.  The read out has nice larger numbers and easy to read. This strainer fits the kitchen sink as expected: nice overlap on the side, nothing flows below the edge. It is a fairly deep strainer without a center a post.  I got this strainer to use with disposable strainer bags - they require a kitchen sink strainer without a post.  This strainer works well, the disposable bags fits and nothing escapes under the edge.  The strainer has a handle which makes it easy to lift it so I can clear it.
